Ingredients

  • 135 g Canned chickpeas
  • 40 g Red lentils
  • 120 g Celery
  • 60 g Carrot
  • 65 g Onion
  • 530 g Canned tomatoes
  • 17 g Tomato paste
  • 20 ml Olive oil

Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the finely chopped onion and celery until they are softened and fragrant. Add the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, and other friendly ingredients to make this soup even more delicious. Then bring it all to a boil.
